The attack began around 18:00 on the previous day, with drones launched from multiple regions in Russia, including Bryansk, Kursk, Oryol, Millerovo, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk, as well as territories temporarily occupied in Donetsk and Crimea. In total, around 120 of the deployed drones were identified as Shaheds.

Additionally, debris from downed UAVs fell in eight locations. The Ukrainian air force warned that the attack was ongoing, suggesting further threats to national security.
