A 37-year-old man was treated for injuries from an early morning attack, with Grad rocket systems reported to have shelled Nikopol. Initially, one casualty and two injuries were confirmed, marking the dire situation. Olexandr Hancha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, provided details on social media, stressing the assaults' toll on civilians. Local officials are coordinating closely with national authorities to assist affected residents and bolster community defense.
