Mykola Khrystoriz was born on February 17, 1995, in the village of Man'kivka, Cherkasy region. He excelled academically, graduating high school with a gold medal before entering the military institute of Taras Shevchenko National University in Kyiv, where he also graduated with honors.

After completing military training at the Yavoriv training ground, he served in various capacities within the Ukrainian armed forces. His career included significant roles in Eastern Ukraine during the Joint Forces Operation against Russian aggression, and he was promoted to captain in October 2024.

Throughout his military career, Khrystoriz was recognized for his dedicated service, receiving multiple accolades including medals for participation in antiterrorist operations and outstanding service to Ukraine. He displayed commendable leadership and psychological support during operations while developing initiatives to boost morale among troops.

In his final mission, Captain Khrystoriz was killed in action near Voskresenka in the Volnovakha district, a testament to his commitment to defending Ukraine.
