Additionally, Ukraine's state borrowings reached 216.8 billion UAH in the first quarter, equating to 46.1% of the target for the period. Noteworthy was the issuance of military domestic government bonds, which contributed 41.1 billion UAH.
The government also secured 65.9 billion UAH from foreign sources, including significant sums from the IMF and the World Bank. Payments directed towards debt servicing totaled 139.7 billion UAH, which met 99% of planned obligations, while operational costs reached 65.0 billion UAH, aligning perfectly with expectations.
