Ukraine to Implement Power Outage Schedules Across Regions

The National Energy Company 'Ukrenergo' has confirmed that from 5 PM to 10 PM on March 16, households will experience hourly power outages. Additionally, industrial consumers will face restrictions on their power usage.

The decision comes in response to the recent Russian missile and drone attacks that have severely impacted Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Ukrenergo reported that the schedules may vary and can change depending on ongoing assessments of the energy system.

As of March 14, extensive outages had already been recorded in several regions, including Kyiv, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipropetrovsk due to the continuing assault on energy installations.
