In terms of volume, Kyiv region leads with 940,000 square meters repaired, followed closely by Kirovohrad region with 912,000 square meters.

Most repair teams across various regions are utilizing a repair method known as “patching,” which enables them to quickly address significant surface damage and enhance road passage speed. Kuleba indicated that over 20 kilometers of roads have been rehabilitated in border regions, improving access and connectivity.

Why It Matters

The restoration of road infrastructure is crucial for enhancing transportation efficiency and safety in Ukraine, particularly in areas impacted by conflict. Improving logistics routes is essential for economic recovery and sustaining civilian movement.
