The attack occurred on Saturday morning, cutting off centralized power in the area. According to Kalashnyk's statement on Telegram, utility workers have been deployed and are operating in emergency mode to restore power as quickly as possible.

In the wake of the attack, critical infrastructure facilities have been shifted to backup power sources, ensuring that heating and water supply remain functional despite the outage. Social service facilities are utilizing generators and batteries to maintain operations, and communication services, including internet access, are reportedly still operational.
This incident has further compounded the power supply issues for the region, leaving a significant number of residents affected. The urgency of the attack heightens concerns about infrastructure stability amidst ongoing hostilities.
Local authorities have activated emergency shelters, known as 'invincibility points’, to provide refuge for residents in need during this critical situation. As the weather conditions remain challenging, the available resources are crucial for the affected population.
The swift response from utility workers is expected to minimize the duration of the power outage, which is essential for those relying on electricity for heating during colder months. The situation is evolving, with authorities continuously updating the public on restoration efforts and safety measures.
The Kyiv Regional Military Administration emphasizes the importance of community cooperation in facing these challenges. Residents are urged to remain vigilant and prepared as further developments unfold in the region’s security environment, especially with increasing reports of similar attacks post the Slavutych incident.
