US Envoy Sees Signs of Turning Point in Ukraine Peace Talks

In an interview with CNBC, US Special Envoy Steve Vitkoff stated that there are emerging signs of a turning point in the ongoing peace talks regarding the conflict in Ukraine. He noted that both parties, presumably Russia and Ukraine, appear 'exhausted' by the prolonged conflict.
