General Kraszewski argued that the introduction of a peacekeeping contingent, described as a Coalition of the Willing, is crucial to stabilize the region. He emphasized that NATO should also work on legally securing airspace over western Ukraine to provide air support for the deployed forces.

He noted that the coalition’s military presence could serve as a significant deterrent against Russian aggression, particularly if it operates under a mandate of 'Peace Enforcement.' According to the general, this approach allows for the possibility of peace despite one party's unwillingness to negotiate fairly, as he sees Russia misleading the global community regarding its intentions in the conflict. In the general's perspective, a peacekeeping force should comprise at least 30,000 to 40,000 troops.
He stated that it is time for the West to adopt more decisive actions instead of merely applying temporary fixes to the ongoing issues. Kraszewski criticized the current measures as inadequate, arguing that simply engaging in negotiations is insufficient while Russia continues its military campaigns against Ukraine.
He also articulated that the coalition's efforts should facilitate conditions conducive to the safe return of displaced Ukrainians and the rebuilding of the country. Kraszewski highlighted the importance of establishing adequate air cover for the Coalition troops, which would help them operate with greater freedom and effectiveness.
He suggested that Poland's role should be focused on logistics and training, providing its military facilities for the preparation of Ukrainian forces and ensuring a systematic transfer of combat experience to Western allies. He further stressed that Polish forces should primarily remain as liaison officers within Ukrainian command structures.
The call for action resonates with ongoing sentiments within the international community regarding the need for sustained support for Ukraine. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk echoed a commitment to assist Ukraine for as long as required while emphasizing the necessity to confront aggression decisively.
General Kraszewski warned of the potential threats posed by Russia not just to Ukraine but also to neighboring nations, indicating that Polish troops must be prepared for any hostile advancements that might emerge from the situation.
