Ex-judge's secretary sentenced for mocking fallen soldiers

In the video, she referred to the cemetery in Яцево as the 'happiest' place in the city, remarking on the increasing number of graves and suggesting that the presence of 'yellow and blue rags' indicated that everything would be fine.

Her statements included open calls supporting the Russian invaders and expressed confidence in Russia's victory. Following the video's release, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) started an investigation, ultimately leading to her arrest.

During the court proceedings, which concluded with the sentencing on March 9, Чернобай acknowledged her actions but expressed disagreement with the severity of the penalty, arguing that her comments did not warrant a decade behind bars. Reportedly, she had intended to send the video to friends in Russia, revealing her anti-Ukrainian sentiments were not isolated.
